Farming the Way
Our Ancestors Did
Twelve years ago, we walked away from the city to revive a small farm in the foothills of the Sahyadris. We saw how commercial farming had stripped food of its soul — and we decided to do things differently.
Every drop of our A2 ghee is made through the ancient Bilona process. Every jar of oil is cold-pressed in a wooden chekku. Every batch of honey comes from wild bees. No shortcuts. No chemicals. No compromise.
Certified Organic Land
Our farm is certified organic with zero synthetic pesticides or fertilizers used for over a decade.
Indigenous A2 Breeds
We raise only Gir and Sahiwal cows — native breeds that produce true A2 beta-casein milk, easier to digest.
Traditional Processing
Bilona churning, wooden ghani pressing, and cold-extraction — methods that preserve every nutrient nature put in.
